Get Started

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click on "Menu," then "Transactions" and "Bill Pay"
  3. There is no wait period for activation - you will be able to use Bill Pay immediately

eStatements

Your monthly account statement contains good information that can be used to track down transactions and monitor spending habits. It's even more useful when you can easily locate it online when needed.

  • Receive an email when your eStatement is ready each month3
  • Securely access your eStatement through Online Banking
  • Review 18 months of previous statements
  • Easily download or print out statements as necessary

Sign-Up for eStatements 

  1. Login to Online Banking (Not enrolled? Signing up is easy)
  2. Click on "Menu," then "Electronic Documents" and "Statements"
  3. Go through PDF verification process

Real-time Alerts4

What's going on with your money? Stay updated with customized real-time alerts delivered by email and/or text message. You have complete control over what you want to be notified about. Examples include:

  • Your balance is below or above a certain level
  • Notification of when a funds transfer has failed or is processed successfully
  • An ACH transaction has posted to your account
  • A certificate is approaching maturity
  • And more!

Activate your own real-time alerts:

  1. Log into Online Banking (Not enrolled? Start here.)
  2. Click "Menu," then "Services" and "Alerts"
  3. To set up Real-Time Alerts, click on the "New Alert" button and select Real-Time Alerts.
    Please note: Reminder Alerts are reminder alerts you can configure for an event date. Service Alerts is where you can configure some alerts, such as Funds Transfer, based on statuses. 
  4. Accept the Real-Time Alerts agreement by clicking "I Accept."
  5. At the top of the screen, you will see the methods you have set up to receive your notifications. Please verify that the contact information is correct. If needed, the contact information can be modified at any time by clicking on the Notifications Settings gear if your contact information changes.
  6. To setup an alert, find the alert you want, select the toggle icon and follow the onscreen steps.
