Some days are nothing but go, go, go. With the Fox Mobile App, you can quickly tap into your accounts from the workplace, a shopping plaza, a favorite cafe, or anywhere else. And some days are just for simply relaxing. That's also a good time to manage your finances in a minute or two - and then get right back to doing what you love.

Mobile App Card Controls

It's easy to use our app to manage Fox debit and credit cards anytime, anywhere. Once you download the app, open it up and select “Card Controls” from the menu to:

  • Turn your card off when it’s lost or stolen, and easily turn it back on when it’s found
  • Activate alerts to know when and where your card is being used
  • Control when, where, and how your card can be used
  • Use a Travel Memo to let us know when you’re traveling to reduce the chances of your purchases getting flagged as suspicious

Quick Balance Check

So how much do you actually have? The Fox Mobile Quick Balance feature makes it fast and easy to check your account balances through our app. And activating it is a cinch.

  • Click on the “Menu” button at the top of your app
  • Open the “Settings” section
  • Click “Quick Balance”
  • Toggle the switch
  • A “Your Accounts” button will appear at the bottom of your login screen. Clicking on it will display the balances of up to five Fox accounts.

Mobile Check Deposit

You can take a lot of great photos with your smartphone camera. But some of the most useful ones will come when you want to deposit a check without visiting a Fox location.

Mobile check deposit is a free service of Fox Communities Credit Union. Here's how to use mobile check deposit:

  1. Write “FCCU Mobile Deposit Only,” followed by your signature on the back of the check.
  2. Open the Fox Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet
  3. Sign in with your username and password
  4. Tap "Menu," then "Transactions" and "Deposit Check"
  5. Snap images of the front and back of the check
  6. Follow the rest of the simple on-screen instructions
  7. Receive a confirmation that your check has been deposited
  8. Funds are most often available for use the next business day

CardSwap

Streamline your online payment process with CardSwap. In the digital age, we pay for numerous services, from streaming subscriptions to bills and groceries, but managing multiple payment methods can be a hassle.

What if your card expires, gets lost, or you simply want to use your Fox Rewards Credit Card? Previously, you'd have to update each service individually. Now, enter CardSwap, the convenient solution that allows you to update your Fox card information for all your services at once.

Here's how to use CardSwap:

  1. Log into our Online Banking platform.
  2. Select 'Menu,' then 'Services,' and 'CardSwap.'
  3. Choose the services you wish to update.
  4. Input your Fox card details.
  5. Provide the logins for the services you're updating.

Once you've completed these steps, CardSwap takes care of the rest. Simplify your online payment experience and save time with CardSwap.
