2025 Annual Report

Below, you'll find a wealth of information about Fox Communities Credit Union's performance in 2025.

A Special Message from the President/CEO and Board Chair

Chris Allen and Bill Panella

This past year, as families across Wisconsin worked toward their goals, our founding belief—people helping people—continued to shine through in powerful ways. Since 1937, that purpose has guided Fox Communities Credit Union forward. What began with mill workers pooling just a few thousand dollars has now surpassed $3 billion in assets. Our growth stems from the ability to reinvest in you, our members, and to strengthen our communities.

Our legacy was celebrated in a meaningful way this year, as our former CEO of 40 years, Greg Hilbert, was inducted into the Wisconsin Credit Union League Foundation’s Legends of the Movement. His leadership helped shape Fox into the strong, community-focused credit union it is today, and we were honored to see his impact recognized statewide.

2025 proved to be a year of significant milestones. More than 11,000 new members joined Fox, bringing us beyond 140,000 members, and with more members came a greater ability to positively impact more people. Lending grew by over 9% as members bought homes, financed vehicles and invested in their futures. Savings and deposits grew by over 8%, reflecting the trust our members place in Fox. We saw continued growth of our commercial services to support about 8,000 Wisconsin businesses. We also introduced Fox CU‑Thrive, an exclusive new offering designed to help local organizations, employers and their employees, and nonprofits move confidently toward their financial goals. In the latter part of 2025, we expanded into the Milwaukee area with our first location in Brookfield, and one of our newest members, MVP Christian Yelich!

We didn’t stop there, our commitment to build stronger financial futures was also reflected in our community impact. We invested over $1.2 million back into our communities, partnered with more than 1,500 local organizations and donated more than 10,000 hours of our time to volunteering (equating to approximately $350,000 in additional investment).

Collectively, these efforts demonstrated that when we lift up our communities, we create more opportunities for everyone.

Fox was honored to be recognized with exceptional accolades and awards as well, including being recognized in Forbes and Fortune as one of Wisconsin’s leading credit unions, being honored as one of America’s Most Loved Workplaces by the Best Practice Institute and as Best Credit Union in the 2025 Best of the Valley WI Community’s Choice Awards.

As we look at 2026, our commitment remains clear: to continue growing with purpose, deepening our relationships and helping you build a stronger financial future. Thank you for trusting Fox. We’re proud to serve you, and we’re excited for what we’ll build together in the year ahead.
