Fox Communities Credit Union is run by a Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the general oversight and final decision-making authority over the affairs, funds and records of the credit union; ensuring the credit union is operated in a sound and prudent manner and that all decisions are guided by the best interests of the members.

Our Board consists of nine members who meet once a month, usually within the last two weeks of each month. In addition to meeting attendance, it is important that all members of our Board of Directors retain and have a basic knowledge of credit union philosophy, along with a basic understanding of the various aspects of credit union operations. Education courses on these topics are provided and should be completed during each Board Members’ term.

The above four randomly listed candidates have been nominated, by the Nominations Committee, for the Board of Director positions.  We have four open positions that we are filling this year, three for a three-year term and one for a two-year term.

Beginning Tuesday, April 11, 2023, candidate background information, completed by each candidate, will be posted on our website.  Printable candidate information will be available at our locations.

Voting

Voting will be open Friday, April 21, 2023, through Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
Voting may be completed electronically when you sign into your
Online Banking account or by requesting a mail-in ballot.
Ballots may be requested by calling 920-993-9000 or visiting any of our locations.
