If your credit or debit card is lost or stolen, it's important to get in touch with us quickly so we can block unauthorized purchases.

We want to keep your finances and identity safe. It's important you have someplace to turn if a debit or credit card goes missing, you need to dispute a charge, or you require help with your Personal Identification Number. We're happy to assist you with quick and courteous service.

Transaction Monitoring

We take several steps to safeguard the personal and financial data of our cardholders. This includes monitoring your transactions. If anything seems suspicious, we will deactivate your card and notify you during daytime hours. This can come in handy if your card was, in fact, used fraudulently. However, this benefit can become a hassle if you used the card in a way that isn’t normal for you, such as while vacationing or making a large purchase. You can minimize the likelihood of having your card blocked by letting us know ahead of time that you will be traveling or making a large purchase. This can be easily done through Card Controls. If you suspect your card has been mistakenly deactivated, you can contact us during normal business hours.

Debit Card and Credit Card Replacement

To replace a card, simply contact us. The new card will be mailed to your home within approximately seven business days.

PIN Changes or Reminders

If you forgot your Personal Identification Number or you want to change your PIN, call 1-800-992-3808.
