Summer of Yeli Bike to the Beat Giveaway Rules
As a Bike to the Beat (“BTTB”) event participant, Fox Communities Credit Union (“Fox”) (the “Sponsor”) has randomly placed one (1) blue Summer of Yeli Meet & Greet Christian Yelich (“Yelich”) ticket in two (2) random participant packet swag bags. The recipient of the designated swag bag will be the winner, unless otherwise ineligible by these rules.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER or WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Promotion Description: Each registered BTTB participant will receive a swag bag at packet pickup starting on July 31st, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on August 1st , 2026 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
The Sponsor will randomly place one (1) Summer of Yeli Meet & Greet Christian Yelich in two (2) different swag bags distributed during the BTTB event packet pickup.
Prize: Two (2) Yelich Meet & Greets experiences. Each blue ticket is for the winner and one (1) guest to meet Yelich at a date, time, and location determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and is subject to change without notice. No cash alternative or substitution is available except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or otherwise conveyed to any other individual. The prize must be accepted by the eligible winner (or the winner’s parent or guardian, if the winner is under 18) and may only be used by the winner and their designated guest, (if winner is under 18, the guest must be a parent or guardian) as described in these rules. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of BTTB swag bags distributed to registered participants.
Winner Determination: Swag bags will be distributed as part of event pickup, and the winner will be determined solely by which attendee receives the designated swag bag containing a blue Summer of Yeli BTTB ticket. The recipient of the swag bag containing the blue prize ticket will be the winner. If the recipient is under age 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept the prize and accompany the minor to the event sponsor, venue, or artist representative.
Eligibility: Limited to registered participants of BTTB. Sponsor team members, officers, members of the Board of Directors, or any agents of Fox and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
No Additional Consideration Required: The giveaway is an unexpected promotional gift. No separate purchase, donation, membership requirement, entry form, or participation beyond event registration is required to receive the prize.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must notify the Sponsor by 5:00 p.m. CT on Monday, August 3rd by emailing their full name and phone number to [email protected] to claim prize and provide any information reasonably required to facilitate prize delivery and attendance. If the recipient is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian must confirm acceptance of the prize on behalf of the minor; complete any required release, and consents; accompany minor to the Meet & Greet event and assume responsibility for any transportation, supervision, and expenses associated with prize use.
If a winning Blue Ticket prize is not claimed and redeemed by the deadline stated in the claiming the prize, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor may conduct a random drawing from eligible registered BTTB participants to select an alternate winner, who will be notified by email and must satisfy all eligibility and prize claim requirements.
Taxes: Prize winner(s) are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The winner may be required to complete a W-9 form and may receive an IRS form 1099-MISC reflecting the prize amount.
Release: By accepting or using the prize, the winner, and if the winner is a minor, the winner's parent or legal guardian, agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fox Communities Credit Union, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: participation in the giveaway; acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize; attendance at, travel to, or participation in the Meet & Greet event; any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense suffered by the winner or any third party in connection with the prize; and any act or omission of third-party sponsors, performers, venues, event organizers, or service providers associated with the Meet & Greet experience.
If the winner is a minor, the minor's parent or legal guardian acknowledges that he or she accepts the prize on the minor's behalf and assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation in any prize-related activities, including supervision, transportation, and compliance with all venue, sponsor, and event requirements.
Fox reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the “Giveaway”, if any fraud, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the “Giveaway”. Fox makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the prize and shall not be responsible for cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, substitution, or modification of the Meet & Greet event by the performer, venue, event organizer, or any third party.
Publicity: By accepting the Prize, the winner consents, to use of his or her name, photograph, video, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide web, and on the Internet and/or World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval, except where prohibited by law.
