Team members at any of our locations are happy to help you with the documents you need to add or remove a joint owner from your account. If you find it easier, you can also close your current account and open. This option can make the process smoother and more convenient for you.

Yes. You can transfer money to other accounts (known as external account transfers) using our app or online banking. Follow the steps in our blog and if you need any help, feel free to contact us.

Most employers typically have a direct deposit form for you to complete in order to deposit your paycheck into your personal account. Check with your HR department, or get in touch with us if you need help.

There are several reasons why a check may have a hold placed. The length of the hold on the check will depend on the type of check you deposit. If you have questions about how long your check will be held, or to inquire about a specific check, please contact a Fox team member or visit one of our many Fox locations.

Are you signed up for paperless statements? If so, that’s why. If not, contact our friendly Fox team and we’ll get it figured out. Monthly statements are typically mailed by the second business day of the month. Mortgage statements are mailed in the middle of the month.

Yes, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) insures deposits up to $250,0000. The amount of coverage depends on the ownership and types of accounts you have with Fox. To learn more, please visit Share Insurance FAQs or Share Insurance Estimator.

Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is a percentage rate reflecting the total amount of interest paid on a share account based on the interest rate and the frequency of compounding for a year.
Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the cost of credit on a annual basis you’ll pay when borrowing money, expressed as a percentage.

Mobile Check Deposit is the ability to deposit your check into your Fox checking or savings accounts using your smartphone or tablet with the Fox Mobile App. If you don’t have our Fox mobile app, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play store.

  1. Log into the Fox app from your smartphone or tablet
  2. Select “Deposit Check”
  3. Select “Deposit Account”
  4. Enter amount listed on check
  5. Endorse the back of check “For Mobile Deposit at FCCU” followed by your signature
  6. Snap a photo of front and back of check
  7. Select “Submit Deposit”

*Reminder: To use this service, you’ll need to be enrolled in Fox Communities Credit Union Digital Banking.

 

Yes, you will receive an email notification when your deposit is received and when it’s either approved or rejected.

Deposits received
Lets you know we have received your deposit, but the funds are not yet available for use, as the deposit is awaiting review/approval.

Deposit approved
Lets you know we have approved your deposit and it will be credited to your account during the next available deposit posting time.

Rejected deposit
Notifies you the deposit cannot be processed and the reason why. The funds will not be available in your account. You may view an image of the check under your Digital Banking activity details.

Deposits submitted after 3 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday, may not be deposited until the following business day. Any deposits submitted on a weekend or federal holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Generally, funds will be available for withdrawal by the second business day after the day of deposit. However, longer delays may apply. For additional information see Fox Communities Credit Union funds availability policy.

Yes, your Mobile Check Deposit may be rejected due to several reasons, including:           

  • You’re over the daily mobile check deposit limit
  • Blurry Image
  • Missing Signature on front of check
  • Improper endorsement on the back of the check
  • Unable to read MICR (magnetic ink character recognition) line
  • Third-party check

 

Your new card will be mailed to you before your old card expires. If you don’t receive it, please contact our friendly Fox team. Your card is good through the last day of the expiring month.

Most Fox locations offer instant issue debit cards. If your branch doesn't, your debit card will arrive in the mail within 3-7 business days of opening your account.
If you did not request a debit card when you opened your checking account and want one, please stop by any one of our Fox locations or call our friendly Fox team.

Christ the King serves as the exclusive location for packet pick up as well as the start and end point for all participants. Those taking our long route will still have the opportunity to experience Voyageur Park in De Pere, but it will no longer serve as a packet pick up or start and end point of our ride.
Packet pickup will be at Christ the King Church in Combined on Friday, July31st from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Packets are also available for pickup at Christ the King Church on Saturday, August 1st from 7:00am to 10:00am.

You can purchase merchandise for Bike to the Beat on-site during packet pickup and the day of the event. 
Yes, all trails and roads in the course are paved. There is no gravel.
We will have a fully trained paramedics team throughout the course who are specialized in dealing with medical situations with our event. The ride has marshals spread out across the ride to look after and help the riders through their journey. We ensure that there are breaks spaced out for riders to take a rest.
We will have seven food and beverage stations, plus refreshment stops located throughout the route.
Yes, there are plenty of stops along the course if you wish to take a break. All riders will also receive phone numbers to call, in case they're unable to complete the ride.
Yes, bike mechanics are available on route but as a rider it is your responsibility to ensure that your bike is roadworthy. Repairs will be basic, for example: Air, brakes and gear checks which will be carried out at the food/music stations. If you are unable to complete the ride with your bike, you can call one of the phone numbers (will be provided at ride time) to request a course transport vehicle to pick you up.
YES! For your safety, helmets are required and must be worn at all times while you are cycling. We recommend that you visit your local cycling shop as they will be able to advise you on the correct sized helmet to fit your head comfortably.
YES! We are strict on this rule. You will not be allowed to participate in Bike to the Beat without a helmet. All passengers must have a helmet, too (kids riding in trailers, carriers, etc.).
Certainly! But remember, everyone must be wearing a helmet.
There is no minimum age to participate - families are welcome! Note: be sure to register every participant in your family/team if they’d like a t-shirt. This includes kids riding in a bike seat, bike trailer, or trailer bike.
Yes, small dogs are allowed and must be in a bike basket or backpack, not on a leash beside your bike.
For those leaving from Combined Locks: please park in the Kimberly High School parking lot.
Food will vary from station to station and will include pizza, muffins, cheese curds, root beer floats, chicken wings, brats, sliders, ice cream, and more! Food items are subject to change without notice.
Unfortunately, there is no rain date and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

Yes! The only bikes not allowed are motorized bicycles. However, battery assisted bicycles are fine.
