Special Announcement: Chris Allen selected as next CEO/President of Fox Communities Credit Union

Hello Members of Fox Communities Credit Union,

The Board of Directors recently completed a lengthy, thorough and productive journey to select our next CEO and President of Fox Communities Credit Union. When we started this process back in the summer of 2018, it seemed like current CEO Greg Hilbert’s  retirement was off in the distance. Soon it will be upon us. The Board of Directors believes it is important that you hear from us on who will lead us into the future.

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I announce one of our very own, Chris Allen, as our next CEO and President.

We regularly hear from examiners, candidates, credit union associations, and recruiters just how special Fox Communities Credit Union is as defined by its culture and financial strength. Our selection process was lengthy with over 200 people acknowledging interest. We then narrowed the list down to ten very qualified individuals. We interviewed 5 candidates, all able to lead and be effective.

In addition to Chris’ proven performance, his ability to lead, his knowledge of who we are and where we want to go put him as our top choice. Our responsibility was taken seriously with the best interest of our members, the Fox team, the communities we serve and the Board of Directors taken into consideration. We are confident Chris is ready to take the reins to lead us into the future.

Through the next couple of months, Chris will be working under Greg’s direction to ensure a smooth transition. A final transition date will be announced in the next few weeks.
