Over 24 years of experience in commercial lending
Prior to working at Fox Communities CU, Bryant worked at M&I Bank
Earned Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Oshkosh and MBA from Capella University
Current Treasurer (2023) for Rebuilding Together Fox Valley board of directors. I am also heavily involved in other volunteering events through Fox Communities CU for many other organizations
Happily married for over 22 years to Susan, whom I met at UW-Oshkosh. We have two boys together

Over 13 years experience in the area of commercial lending, managing and growing a loan portfolio of members ranging from investment real estate professionals, to developers and active operating company owners
Prior to joining FCCU, Cumicek served as Business Development Loan Officer for Great Lakes Asset Corporation specializing in SBA 504 lending. Prior to his time at GLAC, he worked 12 years in the Mergers & Acquisitions industry with Cornerstone Business Services, Inc
Graduate of St. Norbert College
President of the Board of Directors for The Children’s Museum of Green Bay
He is married to his wife, Rhonda, and has eight children

Collin Marshall

VP, Commercial Relationship Manager

Over 20 years of banking experience, with a strong focus on commercial and industrial underwriting and lending for the past 15+ years
Holds an undergraduate degree from UW–Eau Claire and an MBA from Wayland Baptist University
Has served on several nonprofit boards throughout the greater Milwaukee area, supporting community development and financial education
Married with three sons
In his free time, he coaches youth sports and enjoys hunting, golfing and spending time outdoors

Jakob Presser

Commercial Relationship Manager

Over 10 years of Commercial Lending experience, with a strong background in C&I business underwriting and CRE loan origination.
Historically focused on large CRE construction and re-development projects across the country, ranging from $1MM-$50MM+.
Professional organizations include NAIOP, AANW, and WiscoREIA.
Community involvement includes Junior Achievement.
Graduated from UW-La Crosse with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Economics.
Spends his free time hunting with his dog, Bocephus, camping, and curling.

Attended Northern Michigan University and graduated from Northern Michigan School of Banking
Married to her husband, Ken, and has two children and one grandchild

Proven success in new business development, credit structuring, and nationwide commercial lending
Known for building strong client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and personalized service
Takes a collaborative, results-driven approach to commercial lending—partnering with business owners and internal teams to unlock growth opportunities and streamline financing solutions
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs, as well as hunting, fishing, UTVing, sports and being outdoors

Melissa Moody

VP, Commercial Relationship Manager

Over 35 years of credit/lending experience
Well versed in all aspects of business financing, with a focus on commercial real estate project, both stabilized and construction, in the $2 million to $12 million range
• Served as a board member on numerous community groups supporting: downtown development, financial education, youth activities and family businesses
1999 Graduate of Leadership Fox Cities
• Scott and his wife live in the Erb Park neighborhood in Appleton; their adult son resides in Colorado where the entire family enjoys skiing

Extensive knowledge in products that support our members’ businesses: ACH, payroll, credit card possessing, remote deposit capture

Brings nine years of banking experience, primarily within credit unions, including eight years in business banking
Previously served as Executive Director at a nonprofit church and daycare with 30 employees, gaining valuable experience in managing a complex organization
Actively involved with his church, local nonprofits, and professional groups such as the chamber and young professionals organizations in Oshkosh and the Fox Cities
Married to Tori, with three children, two cats and a well-loved sourdough starter
Has called Oshkosh home for over 12 years
