Important Information for SCCU Credit Cardholders

Fox is excited to inform SCCU credit cardholders that your SCCU Platinum MasterCard credit card will be replaced with a new Fox VISA Rewards credit card, effective Thursday, December 1, 2022.
 

Important dates regarding your credit card account

November 25
  • You should have received your new Fox credit card with information on how to activate and select your PIN.
  • If you have not received your new Fox credit card, please contact us.
  • Should you know you'll be travelling and will need your card mailed to an alternative address, please let us know that address by Tuesday, November 1.
December 1
  • Your SCCU credit card will be deactivated.
  • Begin using your new Fox credit card & may begin making payments to Fox.
  • Update any automatic recurring payments/links to your SCCU card with your new Fox card information. Example: Amazon, Netflix, Cell Phone Bill, etc.
December 10
  • Your final SCCU credit card statement will be produced and provided to you as you typically receive, via mail or eStatement.
    • This statement will include transaction detail for all activity posted November 11 to November 30.
    • Typically, you would have a payment due on January 3rd for this activity.
    • No payment will be due on this final statement for your SCCU card. However, it is important to know that interest will still accrue.

December 31
  • Your first Fox credit card statement will be produced and provided to you via your statement preference.
    • This statement will include transaction detail for all activity posted December 1 to December 31.
January 27
  • Your first payment is due on your Fox credit card account.
