Scam artists will attempt to get confidential information by sending out a message – via phone, email or text – that may seem to come from a legitimate financial institution. The phony message may instruct the recipient to submit personal information – such as account numbers, card numbers, and Personal Identification Numbers – often under a guise as simple as “to keep your account current.”
Be reassured that like all credible financial institutions, Fox Communities Credit Union has proactive measures in place to help prevent losses to our members. To protect our members, we investigate all opportunities that aid in shutting down theses scam artists.
