How many things do you pay for online? Think about it for a second – streaming services, bills, groceries, presents…it’s probably easier to answer the question of what you don’t pay for online.

So, what happens when the card you use for all that expires, gets lost or stolen, or you want to add your Fox Communities Credit Union (Fox) Rewards Credit Card to pay for your services? You sit there and change each and every one individually, right? Not anymore! Thanks to CardSwap, you can now update your Fox card information for everything at once.

How to utilize CardSwap with Fox Digital Banking

If you’re set up for Fox Digital Banking, then setting up CardSwap is simple. All you need to do is:

• Log into Digital Banking
• Select ‘Menu,’ then ‘Services,’ and ‘CardSwap’
• Pick the services you want to update
• Input your Fox card info
• Provide the logins for the services you’re updating

Once you’ve completed the above steps, CardSwap does the rest.

Don’t have Fox Digital Banking? Signing up is easy

You need to be enrolled in Fox Digital Banking in order to take advantage of CardSwap and all the other time-saving features it offers. To sign up for Fox Digital Banking, simply:

• Download and open the Fox mobile banking app from the Apple App Store or Google play or select the orange ‘Secure Digital Banking Login’ button in the upper right-hand corner of this page
• Follow the prompts on the screen to identify yourself
• Create a new username and password
• Read and accept the user agreement
• Choose how to receive your secure access code
• Enter your secure access code
