How to get your FREE Fox Debit Card:

1. Open a Fox checking account if you do not already have one
2. Contact Fox to apply for a debit card (Don’t forget to choose a card design)
3. All Fox locations offer instant issue debit cards, so you’ll get your card right away. Just don’t forget to activate your card! During the activation process, you’ll have the ability to choose your PIN.

Important things to remember about your debit card:

• Funds must be available in your account
• PIN is required when using your debit card at an ATM
• When using your card to make purchases choose ‘credit’ to sign the receipt, so that your PIN is not exposed when using ‘debit’ -this is more secure
• Keep all of your receipts and record them in your check register – each Fox location is able to provide additional check registers when needed
• Daily cash withdrawal and purchase limits apply

Every time you use your Fox debit card, your transactions will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. Then, at the end of the day, the increased amount from each transaction will be transferred into a designated account that you choose.

Card Transaction Monitoring

As a proactive step for our members, we and many other card issuers take steps to keep you safe. One of those steps is to monitor your transactions. If anything seems suspicious we will “block” your card and notify you during daytime hours. This can come in handy if in fact your card was used fraudulently. However, this benefit can become a hassle if you used the card in a way that isn’t normal for you, such as while vacationing or to make a large purchase. You can help minimize the likeliness of having your card blocked by letting us know ahead of time that you will be traveling or making a large purchase. If you suspect your card has been blocked you can contact us during normal business hours.

Need to replace your Debit Card?

To replace a card, simply contact us. The new card will be mailed to your home within approximately seven business days.
