As a proactive step for our members, we and many other card issuers take steps to keep you safe. One of those steps is to monitor your transactions. If anything seems suspicious we will “block” your card and notify you during daytime hours. This can come in handy if in fact your card was used fraudulently. However, this benefit can become a hassle if you used the card in a way that isn’t normal for you, such as while vacationing or to make a large purchase. You can help minimize the likeliness of having your card blocked by letting us know ahead of time that you will be traveling or making a large purchase. If you suspect your card has been blocked you can contact us during normal business hours.
To replace a card, simply contact us. The new card will be mailed to your home within approximately seven business days.
If your PIN was forgotten or you want to change your PIN, call 1-800-992-3808.
