We Want to See Your Work Side!

We know how important local businesses are to our local economy and communities. That is why we would like to propose that you help us and we’ll help you. Here is your chance to submit photos to us for a chance to win $250! We are looking for:

• Photos that show your business in action
• Photos that represent what your business is really all about
• And more!

Rules/Eligibility

• Electronic photo submissions will be accepted from May 3 through May 17, 2021.
• Our contest is open to all Fox Communities Credit Union business members. Your business must be part of our Fox family for a chance to win!
• Photos will be reviewed by our Photo Contest Committee, and when needed, management.
• Photos must be business appropriate. Contests like these allow us the privilege of seeing another side of our business members, and we are looking for photos we can share!
• Photos must be submitted by the business owner or other authorized person on behalf of the business.
• Prior to submitting your photo(s), you must be sure that all people possibly shown in photo have consented to having the photo used for this purpose. We may reach out for additional signatures on release paperwork.
• All eligibility requirements must be satisfied and the applicant’s status verified before awarding of the prize.
• Winners will be contacted by phone.

Prizes
4 top winners will be selected and, based on their photos, will receive:

• $250
• A social media shout-out!

1 winner will also be randomly drawn from the remaining entries to receive $250.

Photo Specifications

• Photographs must be in a digital format and be a minimum 2550 x 3300 pixels.
• We cannot accept print or film submissions for this contest.
• All photos must be in high resolution (300dpi – 600 dpi) JPEG or .jpg.
• Please do NOT include any confidential information.
• Photos that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified.

Permission to Use Photography
By submitting your entry, in addition to the rules above, you agree to our usage of your photo as follows:

I hereby grant and authorize Fox Communities Credit Union the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all photos provided by me/my business (the Releasor) to Fox Communities Credit Union (FCCU). FCCU may use my business name &/or first name and first letter of last name along with my submitted photo to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including – but not limited to: newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, annual reports, press kits, submissions to websites, social media sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. The Releasor waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph(s).

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or later discovered.

This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing.

I waive any right to inspect or approve any finished product in which the Releasor’s likeness appears, including written or electronic copy.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Fox Communities Credit Union and will not be returned to me.

Releasor hereby holds harmless and releases Fox Communities Credit Union from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which Releasor or Releasor’s heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, successors or assigns may make.
