Checking your account balance is easier than ever with the Mobile Quick Balance feature for the Fox Communities Credit Union mobile banking app

Thanks to the Fox Communities Credit Union mobile banking app, handling your finances has never been easier. But that doesn’t mean we’re not constantly trying to make things even more convenient for our Fox members. With that in mind, we’re proud to introduce the new Mobile Quick Balance feature for our app.

What is the new Fox Mobile Quick Balance digital banking feature?

Simply put, the new Fox Mobile Quick Balance digital banking feature makes checking your Fox account balances faster and easier than ever before. Why? Because we know that while our Fox mobile banking app features a host of useful digital banking tools, people use it to check their balances more than anything else.

How does the Fox Mobile Quick Balance digital banking feature work?

Getting the Fox Mobile Quick Balance feature activated on your Fox digital banking app is easy – and using it is even easier! Before you do anything, make sure your Fox digital app is fully updated. Then, to activate this new feature, all you need to do is:

• Click on the “Menu” button at the top of your app
• Open the “Settings” section
• Click “Quick Balance”
• Toggle the switch

That’s it, you’re done. Now that the feature is activated, a “Your Accounts” button will appear at the bottom of your login screen. Clicking on that will display the balances of up to five of your Fox accounts.

But I don’t have the Fox digital banking app!

Don’t worry, getting the Fox digital banking app is easy, too. Simply click on the “mobile banking app” link in our introductory paragraph, choose your app store on that page, and follow the simple instructions provided when downloading the app to get started.
