Updates From Federal Government
How will I receive my stimulus payment?
The method of payment (check or ACH) is based on how you received your 2019 tax returns. If you received an ACH deposit for the 2019 tax return, the stimulus check would be deposited via ACH to that same account on file with the IRS.
If you have not yet filed your income tax returns for 2019, the stimulus deposit will follow the method of the 2018 tax return.
If you received the most recent tax refund by check in the mail, the stimulus check will also be mailed to that address.
How soon can I see my stimulus payment pending within Digital Banking?
Members using our Digital Banking service can see pending ACH in the account transaction history a few days before the funds become available.
Can I be notified when my stimulus payment is deposited to my account, and how?
Digital Banking members can also set up alerts to be notified when deposits, like this one, are made to your account. The following are steps to create this type of alert:
- Log into Fox’s Digital Banking
If you are not currently enrolled in Digital Banking, follow these steps first - From the main menu, choose ‘Services > Alerts’
- Select ‘New Alert > History Alert > Credit Transactions’ and then choose and enter your “Amount” settings
If you would like to receive alerts for all deposits, we recommend choosing ‘More Than’, and then entering $1.00 for the amount - Select the account to be notified about from the drop-down list
You will have to set up multiple alerts if you want to be notified of deposits on multiple accounts - Choose your delivery method, and select ‘Create Alert’
We recommend SMS “Text Message” or “Email”
