The safety and welfare of our members, employees, and communities are a top priority as we continue to respond to this rapidly changing situation. We embrace the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People” and have established plans to assist our members who may experience financial issues due to this crisis.

Please contact us for possible ways that we can help, such as:

- Deferred payments
- Emergency loans
- Increased credit card limits
- Modify existing loans to lower payments
- Waive late charges for credit cards or loans
Services Continued to be Offered
Operations
While we have suspended lobby access, we continue to provide Drive Up access during our normal business hours. Drive Up staff are wearing protective gloves for the protection of both members and staff. Where possible, staff are working remotely. Staff that remain at locations are regularly disinfecting working areas and increasing social distancing.
Digital Banking
Mobile Banking and Online Banking gives you 24/7 access to check your balances, transfer money between accounts, make mobile check deposits, and pay bills.
ATMs
Fox Members can use ATMs at all 22 of our locations and have access to almost 5,000 fee free ATMs through the Alliance One ATM network.
Call Center
Our Call Center is available by calling 920-993-9000 during regular business hours.
