Kelsey just graduated high school this past spring and is saving part of her winnings to help pay for her tattoo & piercing apprenticeship she will be starting this fall through FVTC. She’s spending another portion of it to help pay for her travel and have a little fun when she goes to Minnesota next week to pick up her little brother, whom she doesn’t see often. We’re thrilled to help Kelsey make life happen in these ways and give her a great start to her next chapter in life.
