During their annual membership meeting, the members of RiverWood-Maritime Credit Union, with locations in Two Rivers and Manitowoc, voted to merge with Fox Communities Credit Union. The effective date of the merger and name change is June 30, 2015.

The computer system conversion, when their accounts are placed on our system, will not take place until November 30, 2015. Until then, these members will continue to use the Two Rivers and Manitowoc locations to complete their transactions. Once the system conversion is complete, these new members will be able to transact business at all 17 Fox locations and all Fox members will have access to the Two Rivers and Manitowoc offices.

Bonnie Timm, President and CEO of RiverWood-Maritime Credit Union, says, “This partnership allows us the opportunity to offer a broader product line, including many more mortgage options for our members. All the staff from RiverWood-Maritime Credit Union will remain and we will be adding additional staff to meet the expanded hours that Fox provides. It is important that we continue to grow and stay competitive with the ever-changing needs of our members.”

As our two credit unions combine, anyone can join if they live, work or own property in the counties of Brown, Calumet, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Sheboygan, Waupaca and Winnebago.
