Fox Communities Credit Union and some of our other community partners were a gathering place for cleaning and hygiene items for local shelters through the local Help for the Homeless Drive put on by our friends from 91.9 FM. Whenever we do these drives I’m amazed at the generosity of our members/community. We live in such giving communities.

I share the quotes we get from some of the local shelters on what a difference this drive makes to their guests.  The one that struck me this year was the 5^th grade girl whose teacher gave her a stick of deodorant, some shampoo and soap. She thought that smelling bad was just something bad about herself that she couldn’t fix. How sad is that? Because of your giving spirit, we help out a lot of kids going through this. So thank you, thank you, thank you…. We couldn’t do it without all of you!
