Full-Time Call Center Representative Calumet Street Branch
We are looking for an individual who will create a positive first impression and establish strong member relationships while assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests. Major responsibilities of this position will be to answer the phone in a courteous and professional manner while assisting members with account inquiries and account maintenance.
Candidates for this position must possess prior financial industry experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of credit union products and services. Effective verbal communication is a must
Tellers:

Calumet Street (25 hrs/wk to include Saturdays)

Neenah (30 hrs/wk to include Saturdays)

Black Creek (20 hrs/wk to include Saturdays

Northland (10-15 hrs/wk, mostly afternoons and Saturdays)
We are seeking a friendly individual who would enjoy educating our members about their financial options while assisting them with various financial transactions.
Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about member/customer service and thrive in a team and results oriented environment. Preferred candidates will possess previous cash handling experience. Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
Branch hours: Mon-Wed. 7:00am-5:30pm, Thurs. and Fri. 7:00am-6:00pm. Sat. 9:00am-Noon
Full-Time Assistant Financial Analyst
The responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to:
Assist with data gathering utilizing in-house and other credit union resources
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities of the department
Assist in overall process of asset liability management and profitability projects
Assist in preparing and documenting the operating budget
Support of financial projects as needed
Preferred Candidates will possess:
Prior financial industry experience
Knowledge of product costing, budgeting and financial reporting
Experience and knowledge of overall accounting principles
Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge
A college degree
2-5 years of similar or related experience
Candidates must be detail oriented, accurate and have proven analytical skills
