Fox Communities Credit Union's Updated Ashland Location Brings a New Way to Conduct Business!
Green Bay, Wisconsin: Fox Communities Credit Union branch, at 2170 South Ashland Avenue, Green Bay, has just unveiled their new, "member friendly" design. Gone is the traditional teller counter. The Credit Union has adopted a new design, which allows for greater convenience and ease of communication between the teller and the member. The updated location also features a waiting area equipped with a TV for financial information along with a coffee bar.
"Members love the new way that we are doing business. They can look at their accounts with us. We truly feel that this is a better way to work with our members. Members relax as soon as they walk in the door. We even have our members telling us that they can't wait to tell their friends about this new way to work with their credit union! The atmosphere is inviting with a warm and welcoming feel. "This really emphasizes that we are here for the member", commented Lisa Hedtke, Branch Manager at the Ashland location.
"Careful thought was put into creating a look that encourages members to be more comfortable when visiting their financial." said Nancy Krahn, Vice President of Branch Operations. "Members have the option to view the computer screen, as their transactions are processed, allowing them to see the activity within their accounts. This creates an interactive environment between members and staff which enhances the member experience."
